
I believe that the greatest impact on the workflow, role and evolution of Marketing is the Internet. In order for ads to be made and sent to various newspapers they are produced on the Internet. There are many different software’s used online in order to create these creative ads. Ads are also displayed on many people’s websites in order to promote their product. Many years ago printing press’s would have to be used in order to create hundreds of ads which would be very expensive and time consuming. Today we can print out hundreds of ads in just minutes. The Internet also allows you to create a website to show off your product to potential buyers interested in your product as well as new buyers who may have stumbled across your web site. With a website for your product almost everyone can be informed about what you are selling. Even if a potential customer is on another website if you create an ad to be featured on that web site you can promote your product to a wide variety of people. The Internet also leads to more sales considering that today you can purchase almost anything off the Internet. The Internet can help you target potential buyers by simply putting up an ad or making a website. Through the Internet you can make almost any product sell with the right marketing skills. Overall The Internet plays the greatest impact on the field of Marketing because all Marketing employees use it in order to sell or promote a product. The Internet can connect people from all over the world giving you an amazing opportunity to sell a product.
